File a US trademark application via API
A bot can start the order; a US trademark attorney reviews before filing. Payments via X402 where applicable.
USPTO regulations ban AI bots from accessing the USPTO online filing system. FreeTrademarkAPI does not route bots into USPTO TEAS/TEAS Plus. Filing is handled by a US trademark attorney after review.
Applicants outside the US must hire a US-licensed attorney to file US trademarks. This flow assumes attorney involvement consistent with that rule.
A human contact email is required so a person can sign official declarations.
